- 1 tsp – aniseed (saunf)
- 15 – black raisins
- 1/2 tsp – crushed rock sugar (misri)
- 350 ml – water
- Soak all three ingredients in 150 ml of water. Cover and keep overnight.
- Put contents into an electric mixer. Run till mixture is well crushed and almost smooth.
- Add remaining water, run again for a few seconds. Strain, serve.
